Passenger Disruption Information app for iPhone and iPad

The Passenger Disruption Information app allows you to answer surveys on rail journeys which have delays of 20 minutes or more or have been cancelled. The app is by Accent on behalf of ATOC (Association of Train Operating Companies).

The research is being conducted under the terms of the MRS code of conduct and is completely confidential. You will be asked to allow access to use your location which will also be completely confidential.

Any answer you give will be treated in confidence in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society.

Each survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete. For convenience you can stop and return to complete the questionnaire as many times as you wish, although once submitted you will not be able to enter again.
